Lanvin is easily one of my favourite designers for both menswear and womenswear, however it is rather costly. Being a student and someone living in the real world, I can't afford the luxury that is Lanvin. So I thought I'd style an outfit with Lanvin clothes and then find the high street alternatives.
Here's the Lanvin look...
Jacket: £994.70 Shirt: £249.81 Trousers: £272.52 Shoes: £395.15 Belt: £272.52 Pin: £122.63 Total: £2307.33 |
Here's the Lanvin alternative...
Jacket:
Shirt:
Trousers: £35 (River Island)
Shoes: £45 (ASOS)
Belt: £12 (ASOS)
Pin: £5 (River Island/ASOS)
Total: £152
|
Total Saving: £2155.33
I don't know about you, but I'd say that's a pretty good saving. Don't get me wrong, I still dream of one day owning something from Lanvin, but this just goes to show you can create one hell of an outfit for a very good price.
Golden rule of fashion: You don't need designer clothing... You just want it.
Cheers guys,
O&U.
