Recently I have been given the chance to try a pair of Mocks Boater shoes, as seen above. These are shoes that I would have to describe as fashionable Crocs, which has the winning combination of both fashion and comfort in theory. I still had my reservations however...
Usually the unboxing of new shoes is a moment I relish and enjoy with every part of my mind and soul, yet I found myself lacklustre in regards to these at first. But I tried them on and walked around in them for a bit and began to get used to their unique style and feel. The more I walk, the more I like them. They're different, quirky and pretty damn practical and that's something I appreciate. It's safe to say that I'm not in love with these shoes yet but I look forward to a healthy relationship with them during the summer and on the beach as they are the perfect summer shoe.
Overall, I will never agree with Croc lovers but Mocks are good by me. I wouldn't say to wear them to a party, but I would recommend having them for practical and comfort value. Mine as a tad big on me (I'm between sizes) so I do find that they rub, but they are a well-made and comfy shoe. I think my only regret is having not gone for their classic canvas mocks (found here), which look more normal and like they'd be comfy as hell. When stating as to whether you guys should get a pair, I'd say to look at the picture above and look at their site (here). If you like the style of them then get a pair and you won't regret it. If you don't then that's fine, they're not for everyone.
Cheers guys,
O&U.
They'd be pretty practical at a theme park with water rides!

If only I were going on holiday this year. I may have to get a paddling pool for the patio just to make the best of these.
