Anchor & Crew recently contacted me to ask if I wanted to test out one of their bracelets. Instantly, this called into question my opinion on male jewellery.... obviously watches are a necessity, but I haven't worn any other form of jewellery in coming up to three years. If I have taken one thing from this blog, however, it is that when I am questioning something style related, the best course of action is to dive straight in. Don't knock it until you've tried it.
Heritage is something I will always appreciate and Anchor & Crew has it by the bucket load. Each bracelet is handmade in Great Britain, pulling in naval history and style in the making. So when given the option of any of the bracelets available, I chose the Silver Admiral Chain Bracelet... the Admiral collection is the core of the brand, including the most iconic of anchor styles, alongside having the most senior of names. Plus, I thought the chain was subtle and classic (see for yourself below).
I am a huge fan of the quality of Anchor & Crew and the style added by having a bracelet is something I have come around to. This is definitely something that's going to stick with the majority of my outfits, I enjoy what it adds to my style and how it compliments my watches. If you are thinking of getting some extra wrist-wear, I'd strongly recommend looking into what this great brand can offer.
As a side note, if you've been looking at that pizza with food lust, it's The Checkpoint from Oscar & Rosie's in Nottingham. Definitely worth a try.
Cheers guys,
O&U.
